Are there different rental rates for different days of the week?
Yes, usually during the week, prices are less expensive. Rates tend to go up at the end of the week through the weekend.
Is there a penalty for keeping the rental truck longer than what I reserved it for?
Yes, there are additional charges that will apply.
Is there somewhere that I need to bring the truck for after-hour drop off?
If you are bringing the truck back after business hours, bring it to our location; there is a drop box outside our main door where you are able to place the keys.
Is there a deposit required to rent a truck?
Yes, U-Haul requires a $100.00 deposit.
Do I have to return the truck when I am done?
Yes, we do not offer a truck pickup service.
Am I responsible for any speeding or traffic tickets?
The driver of the truck is responsible for any speeding or traffic violations.
Who should I call if I have mechanical problems?
At the top of your contract with U-Haul, there is a 24-hour toll-free number for roadside assistance.
Does the truck come with a hand truck and furniture pads?
Hand trucks and furniture pads can be rented for a small, additional charge.
Is there a minimum age requirement to rent a truck, and do I need a special license?
To rent from U-Haul, you will need to be 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
